     The patient had the typical age-related changes: wrinkled forehead, ptosis of the upper eyelids, hernias in the area of the lower eyelids, expressed “crow’s feet”, serious changes in the area of the lower part of the face and neck.

    Performed: endoscopic forehead lift in combination with neck and cheek surgery, transconjunctuval blepharoplasty of the lower eyelids with laser rejuvenation (polishing) of the lower eyelids. We applied the endaural approach for neck and cheek plastic surgery providing the harmonic transition between the lines of the lower jaw and neck. The effect was tremendous.
