The patient had a gravitation ptosis of the face tissues and, as a consequence, expressed nasolabial folds, “flews”, “blurry” face oval and drooping of the upper eyelids. All these age-related changes added age to the patient and made her image look tired and frowning.
Performed: endoscopic forehead lift of the upper third of the face, rejuvenation of the temporal and cheekbone region and periorbital region (transconjunctival blepharoplasty with fat reposition to the region of the lacrimal groove) in combination with neck and cheek lift. Duration – 1 h 37 min. Intravenous anesthesia. Inpatient care for 2 days. The patient underwent the full course of recovery procedures after the performed plastic surgery.
3 months after we finished the work on the appearance harmonization having performed the procedure of internal lift SMAS® for the region of the neck and the face and the procedure of the structural coherent lift® for the region around the eyes that completely removed the small wrinkles on the eyelids.
The patient is absolutely satisfied with the result. Afterwards she underwent body lipoaspiration!
