The patient had the gravitational ptosis of face tissues and, as a consequence, the expressed the nasolabial folds, “flews”, face oval defect, ptosis of the upper eyelids. All these age-related changes visually increased the patient’s age and added tiredness and lour to her image”.
Performed: endoscopic lift of the upper third of the face, rejuvenation of the temporal and cheekbone region and adorbital region (transconjunctival blepharoplasty with lowering of the fat tissue to the area of lacrimal groove) in combination with neck and cheek lift. Duration 1 h 37 min. Intravenous anesthesia. Inpatient care for 2 days. After the surgery the patient underwent the full course of recovery procedures.
After 3 months we finished the work on appearance harmonization having performed the procedure of internal lift SMAS® in the neck region and the procedure of structural coherent lift ® for the region around the eyes that removed small wrinkles on the eyelids in full.
The patient was very satisfied with the result, afterwards she underwent body liposuction.
