Significant age-related changes: ptosis of eyebrows and frowning baggy eyes, face vector directed downwards. The significantly wrinkled skin worsened the situation. Performed: endoscopic lift of the upper part of the face with neck and cheek plastic surgery and improvement of the tension vector in the region of the nasolabial folds, transconjunctival blepharoplasty of the lower eyelids with laser skin polishing in this area.
Surgery duration 1 h 50 min. Intravenous anesthesia. Inpatient care for 2 days. Aftercare for 12 days. Laser shows miracles: it doesn’t only erase the signs of the age, it also rejuvenates the skin, including the own mechanisms of tissue regeneration.
