This woman came to us being referred by her daughter. She planned to celebrate her 50th anniversary so mom needed to be put in shape.
Mimic wrinkles on the forehead were very deep and multiple tries to get rid of them with the help of Botox worsened the ptosis of the lower eyelids. The lower eyelids have multiple wrinkles. Subcutaneous fat tissue already redistributed by localization in the lower part of the face thus leading to serious defects in the face oval.
The problems were of complex nature and that affected our decision. We performed the following combination: endoscopic lift of the forehead, central and lower parts of the face, liposuction of cheeks and gill along with thread fibrolift, endolift of the lower eyelids with removal of baggy eyes, laser polishing of the skin of the upper and lower eyelids Ultra Fine by COHERENT. Surgery duration: 1 h 40 min. Intravenous anesthesia. Inpatient care for 2 days. Aftercare 14 days.
Please pay attention to the effect of the laser polishing (Ultra Fine). Wrinkles are erased and the skin looks young. Due to the reduction of intervals between the collagen fibers this laser is able to produce a strong effect of skin lift. It is crucial in the cases when we have extensive skin on the eyelids and in combination with endolift this technology allows to avoid incisions.
After the anniversary we called to the patient to ask about the result. She answered that everybody was stunned with her tremendous appearance!
