Very young woman not satisfied with her face shape Very young woman unsatisfied with the shape of her face: marked cheeks, expressed the nasolabial folds and downturned mouth. She considered only surgical approach in order to change her genetic face type forever.
We performed preliminary computer simulation. The patient’s visualization of her wishes is very important in such cases. I understood that she wanted her face to be slim. To tell more, slim faces are ageing slower.
Performed: endoscopic forehead lift, liposuction of cheeks and gill. Surgery duration: 45 minutes. Intravenous anesthesia. Aftercare for 10 days. Compression garments for 8 days. The obtained results met the patient’s expectations in full.
