The patient has the expressed age-related changes of the face oval, presence of many small wrinkles on the skin, in the nose bridge region and the lower eyelids.
All of these worsened the situation and made the patient look older. So we started to work with her skin. One procedure of the structural coherent lift® completely solved the problem of wrinkles, improved the quality and structure of the skin, removed all the aesthetic defects. In parallel we carried out the work with the face oval and mild hernias of the lower eyelids. They were removed by the injections of fat tissue lipolysis factor and two procedures of internal lift SMAS® secured the clear lines of the face oval. The result impressed the patient in such a way that she wanted to make her nose more elegant. To tell the truth the patient’s appearance got much better.
The patient had wrinkled skin with no vital force. We created the Bank of fibroblasts and cultivated the number of fibroblasts necessary for her procedure. By mesotherapeutic approach we introduced fibroblasts in the region of the face and neck. The “after-surgery” photographs were made in two months after the injection. Pay attention to the improvement of the skin quality!
