    Young-looking woman not satisfied with her face shape: low eyebrows that made her face look frowning and expressed the nasolabial folds. She considered only surgical approach – endoscopic face lift along with rhinoplasty.

    We performed preliminary computer simulation. The patient’s visualization of her wishes is very important in such cases.

    Performed: endoscopic forehead lift and face lift of the middle third and rhinoplasty. Surgery duration: 1 hour 30 minutes. Intravenous anesthesia. Aftercare for 14 days. Compression garments for 10 days. The obtained results met the patient’s expectations in full.

    After this surgery I am proud to see that the eyes are open and young. Rhinoplasty made the final accents and this face deserves only a fine profile!
