Correction of eyelids
After the appearance of endoscopic technologies the era of classic blepharoplasty (plastic surgery of eyelids) ended for me. Transconjunctival blepharoplasty of the lower eyelids and endolift of the upper eyelids helps to preserve the natural shape of the eyes. Eyelids correction surgery is performed under intravenous anesthesia in the conditions of inpatient department and, as a rule, combined with laser polishing of skin of eyelids.

After the appearance of endoscopic technologies the era of classic blepharoplasty (plastic surgery of eyelids) ended for me. Transconjunctival blepharoplasty of the lower eyelids and endolift of the upper eyelids helps to preserve the natural shape of the eyes.
First of all through microapproaches in the conjunctiva of the lower eyelids we extract a filament of fat tissue by a special endoscopic loop. Than to lift and reduce the sagging skin of the lower eyelids and erase the wrinkles we performed the laser rejuvenation (polishing) of these regions using famous system Ultra Fine of American concern COHERENT. This laser has no alternative as it has the unique combination of delicate effect on the skin with absolute aesthetic result. At the account of the stimulation of own collagen production by 70% and compressing of gaps between collagen fibers the skin of the lower eyelids became contracted and lifted. Surgery duration equals to 20 min and recovery period takes only 5-6 days. A patient stays for two days at inpatient department. Recovery period does not prevent patients from their usual way of living.
In case of absence of the expressed wrinkles on the skin of the lower eyelid the surgery of eyelids correction can consist only of ruptures.
Endolift of the upper eyelids can be performed separately and in the complex with endoscopic plastic surgery of the upper third of the face. Just through one microapproach high in the scalp we remove the drooping of the upper eyelids, lift the external corners of the eyes and correct the position of eyebrows.
It must also be noted than in the case of the significant excess skin I discuss with the patient the variant assuming the classic blepharoplasty.
