This woman had an expressed face asymmetry that was even more seen due to her significant age-related changes. At her visit we discussed the possibility of disproportion removal but the patient got used to it in such a way that she did not want to change anything. As I supposed, the obtained high aesthetic result of the operation allowed smoothing of this defect so that it did not stick out. She looked 10-15 years younger and we preserved her individual image, having made her eyes more expressive due to open radiant gaze. We also removed permanent makeup from her lips.
