When the patient came to the appointed visit and set forth her wishes I asked her “Why not doing something with the lower part of the face too?” “Not now”, responded the patient. I abstained from that theme as the patient was of that type of patients who themselves knew what to do first better. I must say that after the surgery the lower part of the face did not hit the eye on the background of the “rejuvenated” upper part of the face.
Performed: endoscopic lift of eyebrows, transconjunctival blepharoplasty of the lower eyelids. Surgery duration 45 min. Intravenous anesthesia. Inpatient care for 2 days. Aftercare for 5 days. The obtained results met the patient’s expectations in full.
