This patient has very good appearance but very pale and spongy skin with pigmentation spots makes her face look very tired. This even strengthens the impression from visible age-related changes.
Performed: one procedure of the structural coherent lift® that secured the ideal skin quality and removed all the aesthetic defects in combination with two procedures of internal lift SMAS® that restored the architecture and shape of the face. Afterwards we made the nose a bit narrower and shorter. This added even more attractiveness to the face.
